Due to flooding conditions and dislodged manhole covers, the streets listed below and other streets in South River are subject to closures. Additionally, many roads in surrounding towns are flooded and subject to closure.
- Jackson Street (downtown area)
- Whitehead Avenue
Driving is discouraged. If you must drive, allow yourself additional travel time and use caution. Do not drive around barricades or through flooded roadways as the water may be deeper than you think.
