Take charge of your mental, physical, and financial health! Join us for the 2025 Summer Health Series. All sessions are FREE and conveniently located at the Franklin Township Community Senior Center, 505 DeMott Lane, Somerset.
Join us as the Somerset Helps Mobile Outreach Van brings resources and staff from the Somerset County Department of Human Services out into the community. The Helps Van aims to meet people where they are at, providing access to services and referrals, focusing on our most vulnerable populations. No pre-registration required.
