***Runaway Juvenile***
The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a runaway juvenile. Brooklyn Cheyane Jones, 14, was last seen yesterday evening, Tuesday, July 15, on Lamb Drive in Nebo. She is a white female with waist-length black hair. Brooklyn was last seen wearing a black spaghetti-strap tank top with black shorts.
Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Detective Michael Vaughn at (828) 652-2235, ext. 1249, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., or through non-emergency dispatch at (828) 652-4000 after office hours and on weekends.
