* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Indiana, including the following counties, Clay, Parke, Vermillion and Vigo.
* WHEN...Until 145 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1047 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Terre Haute, Seelyville, North Terre Haute, Indiana State University and Fontanet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
