In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of our community outreach and engagement efforts—helping to prevent crime before it starts by educating, empowering, and building partnerships with residents, businesses, and volunteers.

What You’ll Do:
    •    Lead and expand Neighborhood Watch and Business Watch programs across Fairfield.
    •    Organize and participate in community events, safety fairs, and educational workshops.
    •    Partner with our amazing volunteers and police services staff to support public safety initiatives.
    •    Develop creative crime prevention campaigns and materials for diverse audiences.
    •    Be a trusted resource for residents and business owners seeking safety guidance and support.
