Paving on McCarthy St., Pelham St., and Ted St. on July 26, 2025, No Parking 
GMI Asphalt LLC, the contractor for the City of Manchester’s Department of Public Works (DPW), will be paving on Ted Street, Pelham Street , Ward Street and McCarthy Street on Saturday , July 26, 2025, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
During this construction period, road access will be limited, and on-street parking will be prohibited during work hours. However, access to residential properties will be maintained throughout the duration of the work.
Travelers are encouraged to use Eve Street and McCarthy Street as an alternate route. Please follow all posted detour signs and allow extra travel time for potential delays.
We kindly ask that you plan your activities accordingly and avoid the construction zone whenever possible. While we aim to minimize disruptions, some delays and temporary limitations on access should be expected.
