Per Contra Costa Health, the recent CWS Level 2 Public Health Advisory issued for parts of Richmond and San Pablo was inaccurate. There was a mistaken activation from the Chevron Refinery.  

Contra Costa Health has indicated an All Clear for public health at this time.  The Richmond Chevron Refinery has also confirmed there is no emergency response or community action needed at this time.
