* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Adams, Lancaster and York.
* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through late Thursday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms capable of producing very heavy rainfall rates in excess of 2 inches per hour may result in flash flooding. Rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are expected with localized amounts of up to 5 inches possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
