Accident on Ribaut Rd. (Hwy 21) at Sea Island Apts in Port Royal. Both NB (towards PI) lanes of Ribaut Rd are currently blocked. 
An accident has just occurred on Ribaut Road at Sea Island Apartments in Port Royal. Both Northbound lanes of Ribaut Road towards Parris Island are currently blocked by vehicles involved and emergency vehicles. Motorists are advised to use caution and expect delays when travelling through this area. Please use alternate routes if possible.
