An accident has just occurred on William Hilton Parkway and Old Wild Horse Road on Hilton Head Island. The middle and left westbound lanes of Highway 278 are currently blocked by vehicles involved and emergency vehicles. Motorists are advised to please use caution and to expect delays when travelling through this area.
