Sheriff’s Office seeks public’s help to locate individual for questioning 
The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Jakwon Jamar Freeman, 19, of St. Helena Island. Freeman is wanted for questioning in connection to an incident currently under investigation that occurred on St. Helena Island in late March 2025.
The Sheriff’s Office encourages Freeman to contact investigators directly. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is also asked to come forward.
