Youville St. (Kelley St. to Mason St.) Pavement Milling scheduled for Thursday, 9/11 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
GMI Asphalt LLC, the contractor for the Department of Public Works (DPW), will beperforming Pavement Milling on Youville St. between Kelley St. and Mason St. on Thursday, September 11, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
During this time, Youville St. will be closed for through traffic, and on-street parking will not be permitted within the construction zone.
Travelers are advised to use Alsace Street as an alternate route and follow posted detour signs.
Please plan your activities accordingly and avoid the construction zone if possible. While we aim to minimize disruptions, be prepared for possible delays and limited access to properties in the area.
