System Wide Boil Water Order for City of Mt. Vernon 
The City of Mt. Vernon is issuing a city-wide boil water order due to low water pressure. Residents are urged to boil all water for at least five (5) minutes before using it for drinking, cooking, or food preparation. This step is necessary to protect public health.
