PLANNED POWER OUTAGE (10/7/2025) The Cement Creek electrical substation that serves Silverton and the surrounding areas needs to be powered down for critical maintenance and upgrades. This work will help improve system reliability and strengthen critical infrastructure for communities of and around Silverton.
Area Affected: Silverton and surrounding areas. Approximately 900 services.
Purpose: Tri-State substation work, installation of a Station Service Voltage Transformer (SSVT) and test of transformer relays at the Cement Creek Substation, along with various distribution system maintenance projects in the area.
