Willow St, Union St and Cilley Rd Short-Term Lane Closures and Detours Notice: Starting Oct. 27 
As part of the Cemetery Brook Drain Tunnel Project, a portion of Willow St. will be closed for a period of time. A detour via Union Street and Silver Street will be signposted. Additionally other partial lane closures will take place on Union St. and Cilley Road.
- Willow Street Closure begins: October 27, 2025
- Willow Street Anticipated reopening: October 31, 2025
- Short-Term Lane Closures and Detours Notice begins: October 27, 2025
- Short-Term Lane Closures and Detours Notice ends: October 31, 2025
- Willow northbound will be detoured on Union Street and Silver Street.
- Southbound traffic on Union street will have a modified turning lane onto Willow Street.
- Eastbound traffic from Baker Street will have a modified merge with Union Street.
- For Willow southbound there will be no left turn lane onto Union Street.
- Various short-term lane closures and detours will be present and motorists will be directed via signage.
- Signs will guide motorists with details on modifications.
- Please plan ahead and utilize alternate travel routes.
