Paving Work on Hemlock St., Russell St., and Salmon St. is scheduled for October 27 –28, 2025. 
GMI Asphalt LLC, the contractor for the Department of Public Works (DPW), will beperforming Paving work on Hemlock St. ( Webster St. to Dead End.) , Salmon St. ( RussellSt. to Dallaire St.) and Russell St ( North St. - Salmon St. ) starting Monday , October 27 and Tuesday , October 28, 2025 , from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travelers are advised to use follow posted detour signs.
Please plan your activities accordingly and avoid the construction zone if possible. While we aim to minimize disruptions, be prepared for possible delays and limited access to properties in the area.
