This event will cause the closure of portions of a few city streets in Manchester surrounding the downtown area. As well as detouring traffic around these closed roads. Expect Delays as its an open course throughout the city.
No Parking on Elm Street on 11/09/25 from 6:00am-5:00pm. All Vehicles will be towed.
