Please help us locate Bashir Latify. Latify is 57 years old, 5’8” tall, with a thin to average build. Latify was last seen at 10:50 am in the area of Carleton Street and Shattuck Ave wearing a dark navy-blue puffy jacket, dark blue sweat pants—carrying two small duffle bags.
Latify is considered at risk because of his physical condition as well as his diminished mental capacity.
Latify is known to frequent BART stations, the Downtown area, and possibly could be on his way to Hayward.
