Reporting In-Progress Incidents in Fairfield

The Fairfield Police Department has noticed an uptick in the use of the online reporting system for situations that might actually require an immediate police response.

While our online reporting system is a helpful tool for documenting certain non-urgent issues, it is not monitored 24/7, and submitting an online report will not generate an immediate police response.

To help us serve you better, please use the correct reporting option based on what you are experiencing:

• For anything happening right now, including suspicious vehicles or people, in progress noise disturbances, or any situation you feel may not quite be an “emergency” but still requires a real ton officer response, please call our non-emergency dispatch line at 707-428-7300.

• For emergencies or threats to life, safety, or property, please dial 9-1-1.

• For non-urgent reports that do not require an officer to respond immediately, use our online reporting portal.

Using the right tool helps ensure your concerns are addressed promptly and routed to the appropriate personnel.

Thank you for working with us! We appreciate your partnership in helping us keep Fairfield safe  for all.
