* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations around two
tenths of an inch.
* WHERE...Avery, Yancey, and Mitchell Counties, and the mountains of
Burke, Caldwell, and McDowell Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Monday to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Icing may create slippery conditions on roads, bridges
and sidewalks. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.
