Fairfield Police Issue Tragic Update in Search for Missing Fairfield Resident Jason Ortiz Arriola 
The Fairfield Police Department is providing an important update regarding the search for 48-year-old Fairfield resident Jason Ortiz Arriola.
Mr. Arriola was first reported missing after he left his home in the area of Cement Hill Road and Claybank Road in Fairfield on November 17 at around 4:20 pm. Please see the original release here: https://www.facebook.com/share/1CvyLQNRko/?mibextid=wwXIfr
The family initially requested privacy, but later asked the Fairfield Police Department share the information publicly when additional outreach felt necessary.
On December 2, 2025, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Fairfield Police Officers located Mr. Arriola in a wooded area near the trail connecting Paradise Valley Road to Lagoon Valley.
Tragically, he was found deceased from what appeared to be a self-inflicted injury. The Solano County Coroner’s Office responded, and his family has been notified. No foul play is suspected.
