The California High-Speed Rail Authority will fully close Orange Avenue between SR 43 and 4½ Avenue starting December 1, 2025, through July 2026 for construction of a grade separation as part of the state’s high-speed rail project.
Detours:
The 5th & Orange Ave intersection will remain open for north–south travel. Signs will be posted to guide drivers, and access will be maintained for residents and businesses.
