4-6 inches of snow tonight to tomorrow morning, residents on Snow Emergency Streets asked to park cars on driveways
Predicted snowfall accumulations for the upcoming storm late tonight into tomorrow have increased to 4 to 6 inches. A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 1 AM to 1 PM Sunday.
Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. Slow down and use caution while traveling.
Peak gusts of 25 to 40 mph Sunday into Sunday Night will result in very low wind chill values. Areas of blowing snow are possible, which may result in roads becoming snow-covered again and reduced visibility at times.
In anticipation of the upcoming snow event, the North Brunswick Department of Public Works advises residents who live on snow emergency streets to park their cars on their driveways if possible. This will allow our snow plows to effectively clean the streets during the event.

In addition to snow emergency streets, we would advise all residents to move their vehicles off the streets and onto their driveways.
DPW would also like to advise residents NOT to shovel the snow back on to the street.
We appreciate your cooperation.
