* Winds...Northwest 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* Relative Humidity...Between 20 and 30 percent
* Impacts...Any fires that start will spread rapidly and be difficult to control.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WOODSON ... ALLEN ... WILSON ... NEOSHO ... MONTGOMERY ... LABETTE

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly.
