FLOODING has occurred in the 1300 block of Hamilton Ave and Carlton Ave from Willow. Those outside, stay away from the area. If driving, do not drive around a barricade or on closed roads. Driving into flooded areas is extremely dangerous and may result in injury or death. Avoid travel in the area until further notice. Do not call 911 unless it is a life threatening emergency or you need to evacuate. Fire and Police are in the area accessing the flooding.
