SPECIAL BAGGED CURBSIDE LEAF PICK-UP:
Due to early snowfall, our 2025 leaf collection was suspended. To address this, the City of Lockport is providing a one-time free leaf bag distribution & a one-time bagged curbside collection for City of Lockport residents. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work together to complete the cleanup.
 
FREE LEAF BAG DISTRIBUTION:
City of Lockport residents can pick up one 5-pack of leaf bags.

  • When: Monday 01/12/2026 - Saturday 01/17/2026
  • Where:
    • City Hall:
      • Mon-Fri: 8AM-430PM
      • Sat 01/17: 8AM –12PM
    • Public Works Facility:
      • Mon-Fri 7AM-330PM
  • Extra bags are available for resident purchase at your local home improvement stores
BAGGED CURBSIDE LEAF PICK-UP – Tuesday 1/20/2026
  • Bags at curb PRIOR to 7AM on Tuesday 01/20/2026
    • Unlimited bags
  • City of Lockport will make one-pass through the city
If you unable to participate in the one-time pickup, City of Lockport residents must utilize the Waste Management Yard Waste Program when it resumes the last week of March.
