Intermittent flaring at Chevron Refinery 
The Richmond Fire Department has been informed of visible intermittent flaring happening this morning at the Chevron Richmond Refinery. Chevron staff have confirmed this is due to internal operational issues currently being addressed. This is a Level 1 Hazmat notification which requires no action from the community.
