Extreme Cold Warning until 02:00PM Tuesday

* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, west winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 22 below expected.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST this evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 2 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
