Please be advised that the issuance of property tax bills will be delayed due to administrative processing requirements. The tax bills will be mailed by the week ending January 30, 2026. We acknowledge the importance of timely billing and regret any inconvenience this delay may cause.
To ensure that taxpayers are not adversely affected, the statutory grace period for payment will be extended from February 10th to February 27th, 2026. No interest, penalties, or late fees will be assessed provided payment is received within the extended grace period.
