* WHERE...Portions of southeast Arkansas, northeast Louisiana, and much of Mississippi.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest low temperatures are expected Monday night into Tuesday morning, but cold temperatures and wind chills are expected throughout the event.
