Due to expected bitterly cold temperatures over the weekend, please take the following steps to help prevent frozen or burst pipes:
• Keep heat on and set thermostats to at least 55°F, even if you are away
• Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate
• Allow faucets to drip slightly, especially on exterior walls
• Ensure garage doors are closed if water lines run through the garage
• Do not turn off heat in vacant units
If you notice no water flow, unusual sounds, or signs of a frozen or leaking pipe, please report it immediately.
