* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Training showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon through tonight. An addition 1 to 3 inches of rain is possible on top of the 1 to 2 inches of rain which fell Wednesday morning. This will lead to areas of flash flooding and nuisance flooding developing.
