The Flood Warning will expire at 2 PM EST this afternoon for a portion of northern West Virginia, including the following county, Randolph. The latest reading from the automated gage for the Tygart Valley River at Mill Creek indicates the river is crossing back below flood stage. There may still be areas of high water lingering in low-lying locations through the remainder of the afternoon.
