This Saturday March 28th, the Boroughs of Belmar and Lake Como will host the 53rd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Beginning at 6:00 am, the Belmar and Lake Como Departments of Public Works will begin placing barricades along Main Street from 5th Avenue South to North Blvd.  Main Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic by 8:00 am and until the parade concludes. If you need to travel to areas East of Main Street, please utilize 5^th Avenue, or Ocean Avenue by way of Spring Lake. Eastbound and westbound traffic will be permitted on 8^th Avenue, 10^th Avenue, 12^th Avenue, and 18^th Avenue until 11:30 am. Parade participant staging areas on North Boulevard, from B Street to Main Street, will close starting at 7:00 am. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation
