Janesville, Beloit, South Beloit, Clinton, Newark, Tiffany, Avalon, Afton, Shopiere, Avon, Emerald Grove, Johnstown Center, and Foxhollow. This includes the following highways... Interstate 39/90 between mile markers 175 and 187. Interstate 43 between mile markers 0 and 11.
