Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office deputies are currently searching for missing and endangered 72-year-old Susan Finn.
She was last seen at about 3:15 p.m. today, April 1, 2026, on Old Stoney Lane on Hilton Head Island.
There is concern for her wellbeing as she suffers from Alzheimer’s.
Susan Finn was last seen wearing a white jacket.
