The Kern County Sheriff’s Office encourages motivated individuals who are ready to serve their community to attend our Hiring Event this weekend!

Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m.
Event begins at 8:00 a.m.
Testing begins once seats are filled
Attendees will have the opportunity to complete multiple steps of the hiring process in one location, speak directly with current deputies, and receive application assistance. A Physical Ability Test (PAT) demonstration and voluntary practice session will also be available.
Applicants are encouraged to wear appropriate athletic clothing if participating in the PAT practice and to arrive prepared to complete portions of the hiring process.

• Detentions Deputy Trainee
