INDOT has announced the road closure of US 421 (State Rd 39 N)
Beginning on or after Wednesday, April 15, the U.S. 421 bridge over Cripe Run will close for maintenance and repairs. This is located between County Road 700 N. and County Rd 800 N. Construction is anticipated to last through August but is weather-dependent and subject to change. The official detour around the closure follows State Road 26 to S.R. 75, back to S.R. 26.
INDOT encourages drivers to seek an alternate route and to use extra caution in and around work zones.
