* Locations impacted include... Janesville, Whitewater, Elkhorn, Delavan, Milton, Edgerton, Evansville, Lake Koshkonong, Richmond, Fulton, La Grange, Albion, Abells Corners, Tibbets, Millard, Cooksville, Johnstown Center, Indianford, Troy Center, and Lima Center.
