* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Northern Wilson County in southeastern Kansas... Northwestern Neosho County in southeastern Kansas... Southeastern Woodson County in southeastern Kansas... Western Allen County in southeastern Kansas...

* Until 1130 PM CDT.

* At 1023 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Buffalo, or 9 miles north of Fredonia, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Chanute, Iola, Humboldt, Gas, Buffalo, Benedict, Earlton, Coyville, Bassett, Petrolia, Rose, Chanute Airport, Iola Airport, and Piqua.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ALLEN, KS ... NEOSHO, KS ... WILSON, KS ... WOODSON, KS
