* WHERE...The following county, in southeast Indiana, Franklin.
* WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 156 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Although rain is coming to an end, minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Batesville, Brookville, Oldenburg, Lake Santee, Blooming Grove, Metamora, St. Leon, Laurel, Cedar Grove, Mount Carmel, Saint Peter, Peppertown, Mounds State Recreation Area, Hamburg, Sharptown, New Trenton, Huntersville, Buena Vista, Rockdale and Andersonville.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FRANKLIN, IN
