Road Work Notice: Week of May 4 to May 8, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily
Partial Lane Closures or Lane Shifts – Traffic to be maintained through the work zones unless noted below
- Brown Ave. - Queen City Ave. to W. Baker St., northbound traffic to be detoured, southbound to remain open.
- Cilley Rd.- South Willow St. to South Beech St., eastbound lanes to be closed. Eastbound traffic to be detoured via Willow St., westbound traffic to be maintained.
- South Willow – S. Willow St. to Shasta/Union St., a portion of the work is being completed at night.
- Elm Street - Calef Road to Brown Avenue., alternating lane closures with one-way traffic patterns.
- Cohas Ave. – Island Pond Rd. to Greenwood Ct., alternating lane closures with one-way traffic patterns
- Old Cohas Ave. – alternating lane closures with one-way traffic patterns

- Beech, Ash and Maple St. – North St. to Webster St.
- Carnegie, Russell, and Belmont St. – between and including Russell St. and Belmont St.
- Pickering St. – Smyth Rd. to Applecrest Rd.
- Smyth Rd. – Dave St. to Kennard Rd. and Salmon St. to Webster St.
- Webster St. – Smyth Rd. to Hall St.
- Smyth Rd. – Salmon St. to Webster St.
- North St. – Dallaire St. to Belmont St.
- Wilson Street - Hayward St. to Valley St., northbound lane to be closed.
What to Expect and Important Notes
- Please follow direction from posted traffic signs, police details, flaggers and allow extra travel time through the work zone.
- For lane shifts or temporary lane closures during construction, please be aware of new lane markings, barricaded routes, or traffic cones.
- Parking will be prohibited within the construction area.
- Drivers and pedestrians should use extreme caution when traveling past work zones, especially at night or in adverse weather, when visibility is limited.
- Driveway access to local businesses and homes within closures will be maintained and closely coordinated by the Contractor.
- Whenever possible, we encourage drivers to plan ahead and avoid the construction area.
