At 447 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Footville, or near Evansville, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Janesville, Milton, Brodhead, Orfordville, Footville, Magnolia, Hanover, Avalon, Afton, Emerald Grove, Johnstown Center, Leyden, and Lima Center. This includes the following highways... Interstate 39/90 between mile markers 167 and 179. Wisconsin Highway 26 between mile markers 6 and 9.
