TRAFFIC ALERT: Kensington PD advises multiple water main breaks impacting traffic. Kenyon Ave near Westminster Ave is affecting southbound traffic. There is an additional break on Highland Ave. EBMUD crews are on scene and additional resources are responding. Expect possible road closures for approximately 3-4 hours due to emergency repair work. Please plan travel accordingly.
