Vehicle Collision has occurred at the intersection of Ribaut Road and Highway 21 (Ladys Island Drive) in Port Royal. The Northbound lanes of Highway 21 are currently blocked and both lanes of Ribaut Road heading into Beaufort from Port Royal. Please use caution and expect delays while traveling in the area.
