* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Eastern Wilson County in southeastern Kansas... Neosho County in southeastern Kansas... Southeastern Woodson County in southeastern Kansas... Southern Allen County in southeastern Kansas...

* Until 445 PM CDT.

* At 341 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 miles east of Chanute to 7 miles northwest of Fredonia, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include... Chanute, Humboldt, Erie, St. Paul, Moran, Thayer, Altoona, Buffalo, Galesburg, Savonburg, Elsmore, Benedict, Stark, Earlton, Petrolia, Rose, Chanute Airport, and Iola Airport.
