IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Janesville, Beloit, South Beloit, Clinton, Orfordville, Newark, Tiffany, Foxhollow, Shopiere, Afton, and Avon. This includes the following highways... Interstate 39/90 between mile markers 178 and 187. Interstate 43 between mile markers 0 and 11.
