* WHEN...Until 1030 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 814 AM EDT, flooding is already occurring in the warned area due to thunderstorms last night. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clarksburg, Grafton, Philippi, Audra State Park, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Belington, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Lumberport, Anmoore, Enterprise, West Milford, Junior, Lost Creek, Flemington, Galloway, Rosemont, Meadland and Century. - This includes the following highways...
