Continental Paving Inc, the contractor for the Department of Public Works (DPW), will perform base paving operations on Porter Street between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday, 7/27/2026, from Mammoth Road to Cilley Road.
Parking on the street will be prohibited during work hours, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour signs and use alternate routes whenever possible. Drivers are encouraged to use Jewett Street as the detour route.
Residents should plan accordingly and expect potential delays and limited access to properties during construction hours. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions.
