Palo Alto Police are looking for assistance in locating an elderly woman with dementia.  Fran is in her eighties and was last seen at 10:00 a.m. this morning in the area of the 2600 block of Cowper Street in Palo Alto.  Fran is not believed to have any money on her and does not have a cell phone.  Fran is a woman in her eighties approximately 5’2” tall with gray hair and has a hunched back.  Fran was last seen wearing a light blue or gray sweater, white shirt, and blue jeans.  If you see Fran please call our 24-hour dispatch center at (650)329-2413 to report her location.  Please keep a visual of her until police arrive.
